Registration fees

Every attendee’s inscription, in any of the participation modalities, gets them assured:

•  Sessions attendance
•  Conference documentation
•  Welcome reception Tuesday, 24th October
•  Coffee breaks (25th, 26th and 27th October)
•  Lunch (25th and 26th October)

Dinner

Congress will be having a dinner on October 26th.
There are a limited number of seats available. Thus, purchasing at the time of inscription is recommended. The organization will issue a personal receipt for the total amount paid at the time of inscription.

Students*:
Inscriptions for PhD students at the reduced fee require:

• Credential of fellowship or contract
• Credential of enrollment in a PhD program
• Presenting poster like first author
